Things happen- we get it! If you are going to be less than 15 minutes late, give us a quick call and let us know! If you are going to be 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your chances of needing to be rescheduled is very likely. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that we do have other clients in need or our time, after you. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time!

Aphrodite Salon abides by a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for haircut appointments and 48 hours for all color services. You will be charged a 50% fee for late cancellations.

If you should have to cancel last minute, more than two times (again, we get things happen) you will be required to pay in full for your next appointment, upon booking.

No shows are not tolerated and will be charged the entire service fee. You will also not be able to book future appointments.

Aphrodite is not a kid friendly environment. We ask that you leave those precious kiddos in the care of someone you love and trust.

Haircut appointments take 45-60 minutes.

Root touch ups with cuts take around 1 1/2- 2 hours.

Blonding appointments take anywhere from 2 1/2-4 hours.

Please plan accordingly.

While we often have Cregan, the shop dog, in salon, we ask that you not bring doggo friends to your appointment. Cregan is super happy to meet them outside of work for playtime!
